Apartment building maintenance

Accessible Space, Inc. a national nonprofit provider of high-quality accessible, affordable housing is seeking a Full-time experienced Property Caretaker at two of our apartment buildings in Duluth, MN for general upkeep and light maintenance. This full time position is split between two locations Haines Road and Junction Ave.  Caretaker unit available (not required) Rent Free!!

As Property Caretaker your duties will include but are not limited to;
minor light maintenance, cleaning common areas (hallway, entryway), apartment turns, work order completion, grounds maintenance, etc.

Must have at least one (1) year experience in performing minor building and maintenance repairs, be professional and dependable with the ability to work without direct supervision. Must be available to complete general work responsibilities Monday through Friday between the hours of 7a.m. and 6p.m.
