Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Warehouse Clerk to join our team. This full-time position is essential for maintaining the smooth operation of our warehouse by managing inventory, processing orders, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect Inbound Shipments: Verify paperwork and inspect items for accuracy upon receipt.
• Receive Items into Inventory: Accurately record and update inventory with newly received items.
• Stock Put Away and Organization: Ensure items are stored correctly and efficiently within the warehouse.
• Clean and Organize: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Pull Orders: Accurately pick items based on order requirements.
• Pack Orders: Prepare and pack orders for shipment with attention to detail.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance: Work closely with the quality assurance team to address any discrepancies or issues with inventory.
• Ship Orders: Process and ship orders using FedEx, UPS, and other shipping software.

Success in This Role Looks Like:

• Accurate Inbound Inspections: Consistently verifying shipments for accuracy and completeness.
• Efficient Inventory Management: Properly receiving and organizing inventory to streamline warehouse operations.
• Order Fulfillment: Timely and accurate picking and packing of orders.
• Organized Workspace: Maintaining a clean and well-organized warehouse environment.
• Effective Coordination: Collaborating with quality assurance to resolve issues and ensure high standards.

Basic Requirements:

• Prior experience as a warehouse clerk or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with aviation parts is a plus.
• Experience with FedEx and UPS shipping software is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
