Shop and Rental Administrator
Reports to: Fleet Manager
Status: F/T- Non-Exempt
Pay Range: $25-$30/Hr
Overview:
Shop and rental administrator is responsible for maintaining accurate shop records for both internal and external stakeholders as well as, insuring the accurate and timely billing of rental contracts and other sales.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Partner with management and customers to ensure rental contracts are completed by both parties and proper insurance coverage is maintained.
- Track and Issue periodic rental invoices in accordance with contract/lease provisions.
- Issue customer statements monthly.
- Maintain contract documents as required.
- Respond to customer inquiries as required.
- Follow-up with customer for aged receivables as required.
- Maintain vehicle registrations.
- Complete EZ pass toll reconciliation.
- Obtain truck miles monthly for HUT reporting.
- Updating truck schedule for the rental deliveries and utilization.
- Update Samsara equipment and reporting needs.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of a High School diploma required, AAS in business preferred.
- Solid employment history.
- Strong attention to detail.
- 0-2 years of experience working in accounts receivable.
- Experience using Microsoft office suite.
- Construction industry experience strongly preferred.
