Description:

Tri-City Machine, located in Peoria, IL, is a manufacturing company specializing in prototype projects and short run production as well as a repair facility for industrial products. We are seeking dedicated individuals for the position of Full-Time CNC machinist. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to lift 40#’s occasionally, a set of professional tools and a valid driver's license. Successful candidates should CNC and manual machining experience, ability to do set ups and program machines on the shop floor. A forklift license is a definite advantage. Day shift only. We are looking for candidates who can contribute to our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program CNC machines
• Do set ups
• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment efficiently and safely.
• Follow standardized procedures to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Perform mathematical calculations for measurements and quality checks.
• Safely operate forklifts to move materials and products within the facility.

Qualifications:

• CNC experience
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 40#’s occasionally.
• Preferred but not mandatory:
• Manual machine skills.
• Forklift license.
